Refund and Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing WondaGo for your ticket purchases. Please carefully read the following refund and exchange policy before purchasing your tickets.

General Principles

  • Once sold, all tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • If an event is canceled or postponed due to organizer reasons, WondaGo will process refunds according to the following terms.

Event Cancellation

  • If an event is officially announced as canceled by the organizer, WondaGo will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

Event Postponement

  • If an event is postponed, the original tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
  • If a customer is unable to attend on the new date, they may apply for a refund within 7 days after the postponement announcement.

Refund Request Process

  1. Send an email to haileyqian92@gmail.com
  2. Please include your order number, ticket purchaser's name, and reason for refund.
  3. WondaGo will respond with the processing result within 3 business days.

Important Notes

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment account; changing the refund method is not supported.
  • WondaGo is not responsible for inability to attend due to personal reasons (e.g., change of itinerary, forgetting, etc.).
  • This policy applies to tickets purchased through WondaGo's official platform.
