Q: How will I receive my tickets after purchasing? After completing payment, e-tickets will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Q: Can I get a refund? Generally, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If an event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, please refer to our refund policy.
Q: Can tickets be transferred to another person? Tickets are for personal use only and may not be resold. Some events may allow transfers; please contact us to confirm.
